After many years we have had our new building officially opened by The Honorable Wendy Tuckerman on April 29th, 2022. The building incorporates a new storeroom, the print studio, to house the original Printing Press from the Boorowa News and a much-needed toilet.
The Boorowa and District Historical Society and Museum will be changing opening hours from the 1st of April 2022. New hours will be every Thursday 10am until 1pm and every Saturday 11am until 2pm. We look forward to welcoming everyone to see our new displays.

Three of the Museum’s volunteers were recognized on Australia Day for their wonderful volunteer work in multiple communities in our town.
We will now be reopening on Saturday 16th of January 2021 apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to hot spot concerns visitors will be asked where they have come from and if it is one of the hot spots entry will be refused. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
